Dear Christian,We wanted to thank you very much in helping make my niece's Sweet Sixteen a huge success. You helped make it simple but most very elegent in which my mother was hoping for. All the guest that had arrived were impressed at the elegence of it all.My niece Rachel was very surprised, happy and very pleased at the total out come. The food was excellent, and the serving amount was just perfect. All of our guest had more then one serving.I personally wanted to thank you for all your good advice from the table size to the serving portions.
