DUNY’S PARTY RENTALS Rental agreement: Reservations: All reservations with DUNY’S PARTY RENTALS require a Non-Refundable 30% (thirty percent) deposit in advance of the event to Secure a Reservation. In the Event of Cancellation, Deposit will be applicable for future bookings, for 90 (ninety) days from the date of the original order, but it will not be refunded. Cancellations will only be accepted by DUNY’S PARTY RENTALS if it is made at least tree (3) days prior to the day of the event. If the cancellation occurs during this time, the complete amount of the rented items will be charged to the costumer and that funds will be credited to the customer to any service they need from DUNY’S PARTY RENTALS for the next ninety (90) days. We will call you if your reservation appear to run the risk of interference as a result of poor weather. At that time, you will have the option to reschedule your reservation. Agreement: The customer agrees to these rental terms by signing our contract (if made in person) or by paying the required 30% deposit by phone and receiving and e-mail confirmation including these terms and conditions. Delivery: Call us for prices outside our delivery area. Each unit will be delivered anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours before your party. You will not be billed for this time. You pay for your reserved bouncer time only. Set-Up: It will take approximately 15-20 minutes to set up the unit, inspect for safety, check operation, and go over the contract guidelines. Most moonwalks require a minimum space of 15x15 square feet and a height of 17 feet, but may vary according to the size of the one rented by the customer. Some of the slides require more space and will be discussed at the time of reservation. DUNY’S PARTY RENTALS will not be responsible if the bounce house, or tent, or any rented equipment do not fit in the customer’s desired place (or spot). The customer will be charge the full amount of the order in such case, and it will not be refundable, due to the fact that all of our equipment sizes are listed in our website and/or price list. A household electrical outlet (and a water connection with a hose) must be available within 50 feet of where unit will be placed. If not, customer is responsible to get an extension hose to connect to the waterslide’s hose. If no electricity is available a generator can be used with an additional rental fee. Payment: All payments are due at time of set-up. Payments must be made in cash or money order. For you convenience we also accept all major credit cards during office hours. Operating Procedure: Please refer to all instructions and guidelines listed on your rental contract. It is important that all users follow the rules listed on contract. Loss of Power: The unit will slowly start to deflate when there is a loss of electrical power. It is important to stay calm should this happen. The adult supervisor should help all users safely exit the unit. Once everyone has exited the unit, check if the on/off switch has been turned off or if the blower has become unplugged. If so, plug the blower back in, turn it to the on position, and the unit will re-inflate. If you continue to have problems contact us for assistance. Weather: Should rain or heavy winds arrive, you want to evacuate the unit as quickly and safely as possible. Please dry inside of unit with towels prior to resuming use. Damage: If the unit becomes damaged while in operation, assist all users from the unit and deflate it. Contact us immediately. Do not attempt to continue operation of the unit. Customer will be responsible for any damage that don’t result from the normal use of the unit (dog bites, cuts with knifes, etc.).Pick-Up: Rental unit will be picked up within 3 hours to the next day of the end of your reserved time. Let us know if a surprise delivery or an exact pick-up time is needed. Please remember that it will take approximately 30 minutes for take down and removal of unit.
